Keynote SpeakersAlex Atherton is an award-winning keynote speaker, a Gen Z expert and author of The Snowflake Myth.
He worked in education for 25 years, mostly as a secondary school headteacher in large inner-London comprehensives.

He spent over a decade immersed in the mindset of this misunderstood generation, getting to the core of what makes them tick.
Alex helps organisations understand, recruit, retain, and engage Gen Z, the youngest generation in the workplace.
He helps them turn a multi-generational workplace into an asset that drives productivity, not a hindrance that holds it back.
