Paul combines his working career with an impeccable academic record, including a Masters Degree in Organisational Development and a PhD in Integrative Organisational Change from the Revans Institute for Action Learning at the University of Salford.
His articles on strategic change, leadership development and organisational culture are widely published in a variety of journals including Personnel Today, HRM Journal and the Journal of Strategic Change.
