A former TV presenter and BBC radio host, Hester Grainger began her career on Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff before moving into senior production roles at ITV, including Loose Women.
She later transitioned into PR and communications, working with high-profile organisations such as Hitachi Capital, Randstad and the British Dyslexia Association. She also led major campaigns for BMW Alphabet, Mars Drinks, Sport Relief and AXA PPP Healthcare.
Along with her husband, Neurodiversity speaker Kelly Grainger, Hester founded a neurodiversity consultancy helping organisations create inclusive, supportive and high-performing workplaces.
Today, Hester Grainger is a highly sought-after ADHD, Autism, and neurodiversity speaker. She has delivered keynote speeches at The Disability Expo, spoken on panels at The British Travel and Tourism Show, and hosted Neurodiversity Celebration Week panels attended by more than 13,000 people. Her work includes coaching senior leaders at Red Bull Racing, touring the UK with her acclaimed one-woman theatre show ADHD Unmasked, and speaking at the House of Commons on ADHD and neurodiversity.
